Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to 52WGP?
52 Weeks. This includes over 200+ group Zoom calls, accountability, feedback, new weekly backing tracks, and more
What is the refund policy?
90 days, but if you refund I'm gonna get PISSED OFF (but not even be mad)
If I do a payment plan, how much time is there between payments?
There’s 1 month between each payment. So if you chose 3 installments, the first would be taken from your account that day, then the next would be taken out a month later, and the final would be taken out a month after that.
How do I know where to start in the program?
When you enroll, you’ll have a 30 minute 1-1 call with an instructor to touch base and get set up. They’ll be able to steer you in the right direction.
How much time will this take? What if I don’t have time?
An hour per day of focused/structured practice is perfect. Most people spend 2-3 hours per week on their hobbies. If you’re showing up 7 instead, you’ll be making some crazy progress and I can’t wait to see.
How much 1-1 interaction do we have?
The Zoom calls are in a group format, but sometimes very few people show up and it turns into a 1-1 lesson. Aside from that, you’ll receive personalized feedback when you share progress videos in video from. You are also free to message instructors if you need help. But don’t message me because I pay people for that.
How big is the community?
There are 1000+ students in the community at the time of writing this
I’m a beginner, should I sign up?
We don’t recommend this program to complete beginners. You will find it fast paced and challenging, but the choice is yours.
I only have an acoustic guitar. Is that okay?
Yes. Most of the modules are not acoustic or electric specific.
Can I preview lessons?
Yes. There are a few lessons in the curriculum available for preview.
How is this better than 1-1 lessons?
1-1 lessons are helpful. The cons I’ve seen with them and personally experienced when I took them is that sometimes they lack structure. You are also limited to the skill level of your teacher. If you live in a small town, there may not be many teachers to choose from. 52 Week Guitar Player is a global program. The rest of the internet is our competition. That keeps us sharp because we have a lot to compete against. If we don’t please our students, we don’t have a business.
